Return Policies

If you believe a product that you have purchased from Backwoods Blends is defective, you MUST establish contact with us FIRST using the 'Contact Us' tab on the web page. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will then be issued. Returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

For health and sanitary reasons opened bottles of liquid will not be returnable. If you simply don't care for a flavor that you have purchased, we suggest you put the item up for sale in the classified sections of the various forums or the PIF threads. In the unlikely event that an liquid has been damaged due to seasonal excessive heat during the shipping process, we will examine that particular circumstance on a case by case basis.
